DURAVOL can be used to:

Enhance fat burning while maintaining or increasing lean body mass. Just cut down on calories, increate protein intake somewhat and do some cardio.

DOSAGE:
Two capsules immediately before workout. On non-training days, consume 2 capsules before breakfast. Dosage may be increased to 3 capsules daily for athletes + 90 kg (198 lbs).
